One of mobilization maneuvers that I teach patients is the Cat and Camel mobilization. This is a great way to loosen your spine when you get stiff - especially in the mornings!
This is basically a "pelvic tilt" while on all fours. The up and down motion gradually loosens tight muscles and works excess fluid or swelling out of your back. This can be done on the floor or even the couch or on the bed if you have sensitive knees.
Do this daily and you can stay out of the office longer!
