Payment Policy

Chiropractic services are provided by Dr. Gefaller. Dr. Gefaller participates in all of the major health insurance plans in the region. The following are the main health plans which we currently accept.

If your plan is not listed, we will still file a claim on your behalf.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible. Worker's Compensation provides full coverage with no co-pay or deductible. No-Fault Insurance has the same coverage as Worker's Compensation unless you have opted for a health care deductible.
