Obesity may not be cured by diet and exercise, researchers say

Sustained obesity has multiple biological causes and up to 95% of people who lose weight gain it back, so the condition may not be cured by just diet and exercise, U.S. researchers wrote in a comment published in The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology.
